A hand thrown stoneware raku fired vase with a textured top from Boston, Massachusetts. The work is glazed in an iridescent copper glaze with flashes of deep, saturated reds and greens. It has an applied top with a teardrop hole, incised with ribbed markings leaving an intentional crackled texture. Marked illegibly to the bottom and presented freestanding.
